Tank Construction

1. In order to guarantee the integrity of the vessel to be constructed from panels a special panel joiner needed to be designed and tested.

2. Panels are prepared on specially made steel beds.

3. Stored in racks ready for shipment to proposed tank site.

4. Panels are erected on pre poured footings and in ground pipe work and valves.

5. Erected tank is ready for the concrete floor to be poured.

6. Pouring the concrete floor.

7. Panels and floor are sprayed with a permanent spray on Rhino Liner.

8. Supporting roof trusses are sprayed with liner material permanent rust protection.

9. Completed permanent Rhino Liner.

10. Roof and Hatch.

11. Below ground control valves.

12. Below floor level suction.
