Waterfort Pty Ltd a Geelong based company developed a concept of building from concrete panels a fail-safe concrete tank. A prototype was built in 2004 and has now passed the rigorous testing phase.
Waterfort Pty Ltd Has applied for an Australia Patent to protect the new innovative construction method for fail-safe concrete tanks. Sizes vary from 30k lt to 1.3m lt, with some sizes specific for Fire fighting services. All tanks come with a 30-year guarantee.

4 hour fire rating, 180mm thick, 40 mpa concrete.
Construction will withstand accidental impact from heavy vehicles. Inlet & outlets are also protected due to underground locations.
Permanent Rhino Lining, guarantees waterproof membrane. Concrete acts as the structure.
Accidently or otherwise the tank will withstand heavy firearm activity.
Concrete protected from weather due to coatings. Concrete does not rust.
Lockable underground pits and ladder, double reinforced 40mpa concrete panels will withstand any harsh treatment.
Suction design guarantees rocks and or other blanket type materials will not enter the suction pipe damaging pumps or forcing a blockage.
Concept allows for short time frame for construction.
